- 1 packet yeast (2 ¼ teaspoons)

- 1 tablespoon salt

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 cup warm water

- Seasonal herbs like rosemary or thyme, you can use dried of fresh, if you choose to use dried use less than you would fresh, because the flavor is more potent.

Instructions:

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms. Knead in seasonal herbs for added flavor and intention.

Rise and Reflect: Let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour while reflecting on the abundance in your life.

Shape and Bake: Shape your dough into a loaf or rolls, place it in a greased pan, and let it rise again, until doubled in size. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with Intention: As you share this bread with friends or family, express your intentions for the coming season.
